When you enter text into the Route Dossier Builder on our Contact page, all formatting happens locally inside your web browser’s memory. We only receive personal data (such as your name, email address, and message content) if you voluntarily send an email to [email protected].
3. Server Logs & Retention
Our hosting infrastructure records standard transient HTTP access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and requested page) strictly for security monitoring and preventing automated abuse. Access logs are purged after 30 days. Direct email inquiries are retained only as long as necessary to address your correspondence.
